About the role

  • Local Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for enhancing Capgemini’s talent attraction efforts through project collaboration and stakeholder management. Engaging with marketing and HR to build a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in your local market through a wide variety of initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing to manage the content on our online career channels
  • Build a best-in-class candidate experience from consideration to application
  • Support local talent acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini and its roles in a relevant way
  • Understand and analyze local candidate, employee, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven focus
  • Foster meaningful relationships with country/BU-based talent acquisition, HR and marketing and communication stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding and candidate experience topics
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
