Responsibilities
Enhance Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in your local market through a wide variety of initiatives
Collaborate with HR and marketing to manage the content on our online career channels
Build a best-in-class candidate experience from consideration to application
Support local talent acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini and its roles in a relevant way
Understand and analyze local candidate, employee, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven focus
Foster meaningful relationships with country/BU-based talent acquisition, HR and marketing and communication stakeholders
Requirements
5 to 8 years of professional experience in driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding and candidate experience topics
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
