About the role

  • Staffing Manager assessing and managing all aspects of staffing/resource needs for an organization globally. Beghou Consulting helps life sciences companies optimize commercialization through analytics and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure client projects are staffed appropriately.
  • Ensure client/project allocations align with the right skills and experiences and the employee's career aspirations.
  • Ensure resource management system and skills database accuracy.
  • Evaluate the staffing plan and identify gaps in the skillset for future project staffing.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis related to projected and actual hours, utilization, and headcount; monitor over and under-utilized resources and develop actions to balance workloads.
  • Leverage all available information and knowledge to ensure the right resource is being proposed at the right time on the right project.
  • Work with talent acquisition to identify potential talent gaps and skills required to meet future staffing needs.
  • Identify staffing priorities.
  • Plan and support the execution of the team’s training curriculum.
  • Foster an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations experience for a professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, people management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities while driving key deliverables.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization, influence others, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, conduct business in an ethical fashion, and maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint at the intermediate or advanced levels, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
