Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead recruiting partner for the business
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 recruiters
  • Oversee all salaried recruiting activity
  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategic talent acquisition,
  • Experience as a business-facing recruiting partner in a highly matrixed organization.
  • At least three years of experience in full cycle recruitment for executive positions.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
