About the role

  • HR Analyst conducting recruitment and selection for various areas, ensuring positive candidate experience in a hybrid setup. Supporting leaders in people decisions and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for all levels and areas (operations, administrative, tech, management).
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders in people decisions, interpreting people-related metrics, internal movements and management best practices.
  • Participate directly in the performance evaluation cycle, supporting managers in its execution, organization and understanding of deliverables.
  • Guide employees and leaders on continuous feedback, development pathways, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and management best practices.
  • Support and structure training programs, internal learning tracks and educational partnerships.
  • Own Internal Communications, ensuring clarity, alignment and consistency with the company culture.
  • Lead and execute Organizational Culture initiatives and rituals, contributing to their consolidation across the company.
  • Work in an analytical and hands-on manner, proposing improvements, monitoring metrics and ensuring timely deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection across multiple levels and profiles.
  • Ability to act as a business partner with a consultative mindset, active listening skills and the ability to advise leaders on people-related matters.
  • Experience in human development, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and performance evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability and capacity to interact with different audiences.
  • Hands-on, proactive, collaborative and results-oriented profile.
  • A keen eye for culture, climate and organizational behavior.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources.
