Responsibilities
You take responsibility for innovative development projects and actively contribute your expertise and creative ideas
You systematically identify the qualification and development needs of various professional groups in healthcare and derive appropriate measures
You independently develop modern, target-group-oriented learning formats for all professional groups – from nursing and medical staff to therapeutic and administrative areas
You monitor ongoing educational offerings, conduct evaluations and continuously optimize the formats based on current requirements and best practices
You build a strong network across different professional groups and hospital locations and promote professional exchange
Requirements
You hold a degree in nursing management or nursing education, and ideally have vocational training as a registered nurse
You welcome new challenges and are committed to continuous personal and professional development
You are familiar with modern media and programs such as MS 365 and, if applicable, learning platforms — or are willing to learn them
You are outgoing, communicative and not afraid to contribute new ideas
