About the role

Responsibilities
- Act in a consultative manner with leaders, supporting people management topics
- Conduct onboarding processes
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation and competency-based management programs
- Identify needs, develop content and deliver behavioral and technical training
- Propose and run employee engagement, organizational climate and internal communication initiatives
- Monitor HR indicators and metrics, proposing improvements
- Ensure execution of HR policies, practices and processes aligned with the company’s strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
- Experience in generalist HR activities, including Training & Development (T&D) and Organizational Development
- Experience as a training facilitator
- Ability to create development and learning content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to analyze scenarios, assess people and lead strategic HR processes
- Differentials:
- Experience in internal marketing and organizational climate projects
- Previous experience with job and salary structures (job grading/compensation)
- Certification or knowledge of assessment methodologies/tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital engagement tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
