Responsibilities
Act in a consultative manner with leaders, supporting people management topics
Conduct onboarding processes
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation and competency-based management programs
Identify needs, develop content and deliver behavioral and technical training
Propose and run employee engagement, organizational climate and internal communication initiatives
Monitor HR indicators and metrics, proposing improvements
Ensure execution of HR policies, practices and processes aligned with the company’s strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
Experience in generalist HR activities, including Training & Development (T&D) and Organizational Development
Experience as a training facilitator
Ability to create development and learning content
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach
Ability to analyze scenarios, assess people and lead strategic HR processes
Differentials:
Experience in internal marketing and organizational climate projects
Previous experience with job and salary structures (job grading/compensation)
Certification or knowledge of assessment methodologies/tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.)
Knowledge of digital engagement tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
