About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing the full cycle of talent acquisition processes in a leading Brazilian media company. Specializing in connecting top talent to strategic positions in a digital transformation context.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment & selection (R&S) cycle for openings at various levels, with a focus on complex, technical and commercial roles.
  • Operate and manage processes via the ATS, ensuring pipeline organization and data integrity.
  • Conduct active sourcing and advanced searches (Boolean Search) on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
  • Work with agility in high-volume hiring scenarios while maintaining technical rigor and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and analyze profiles using behavioral assessment tools.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs with an analytical mindset to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

  • Career focus: Professional aiming to pursue and specialize in the Recruitment & Selection (R&S) area.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working in HR, with 4 to 5 years of specific experience in R&S.
  • Required hard skills:
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and active search techniques (hunting).
  • Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Differentiators / Nice-to-haves:
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management or related areas.
  • Certification in behavioral profiling tools (e.g., DISC).
  • Strong experience recruiting for highly complex profiles.
  • Ability to move quickly between different profiles and seniority levels.
  • Rigorous management of deadlines, dates, and schedules.
  • Data-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Propose innovative solutions to source candidates in competitive markets.
