Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment & selection (R&S) cycle for openings at various levels, with a focus on complex, technical and commercial roles.
Operate and manage processes via the ATS, ensuring pipeline organization and data integrity.
Conduct active sourcing and advanced searches (Boolean Search) on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
Work with agility in high-volume hiring scenarios while maintaining technical rigor and meeting deadlines.
Conduct competency-based interviews and analyze profiles using behavioral assessment tools.
Monitor and report recruitment KPIs with an analytical mindset to continuously improve processes.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years working in HR, with 4 to 5 years of specific experience in R&S.
Required hard skills:
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proficiency with sourcing tools and active search techniques (hunting).
Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques.
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
