About the role

  • Market Intelligence Analyst generating actionable insights from data and supporting strategic decisions. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Map the market and competitors, identifying strategic opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze commercial performance data and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
  • Build BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information.
  • Monitor market, economic, and industry trends that impact the business.
  • Prepare market potential studies and customer segmentation.
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with analyses that inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, both internal and external.
  • Produce predictive analyses and statistical models to anticipate scenarios.
  • Present results and executive recommendations, translating data into strategic narratives.
  • Ensure governance and reliability of data sources, continuously improving information sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and database handling.
  • Experience with report automation and data integration.
  • Ability to build predictive analyses (advanced Excel; Python, R, or similar).
  • Knowledge of market research and customer satisfaction methodologies.
  • Data storytelling skills — able to translate analyses into strategic narratives.
  • Good communication skills and business acumen when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Investigative, curious, and proactive profile, always seeking the "why" behind the numbers.
