Responsibilities
Pricing: Develop and monitor pricing models and policies for delinquent students, ensuring a balance between debt recovery, margin and financial sustainability. Evaluate price elasticity, propose adjustments, and support strategic renegotiation decisions;
Campaigns and Results: Plan, execute and analyze collection campaigns, optimizing cadence, channels and segmentations. Measure outcomes and recommend continuous improvements based on performance data and student behavior;
Portfolio Sales: Support the definition of strategies and criteria for the sale of delinquent portfolios, ensuring value maximization and risk mitigation. Prepare profitability analyses, scenarios and simulations of financial impact;
Renewal Strategy: Develop and test analytical approaches for student retention and renewal, integrating insights from delinquency, engagement and propensity to regularize;
Insights and Opportunities: Turn data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for coordination. Identify opportunities for operational optimization and new initiatives that drive departmental results. Produce reports and KPI dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
Solid experience in data analysis, financial or operational modeling, preferably in collections, credit or CRM contexts;
Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, R, Power BI or Tableau;
Ability to interpret performance data and propose evidence-based strategies.
