Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls for Flexpay installment collections and eligibility.
Handle all call types related to Flexpay installment plans and eligibility.
Review Flexpay credit card decline and eligibility reports; act as liaison with collection agencies and Finance to resolve issues.
Process payments manually, scan checks, balance and prepare checks for deposit.
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
2+ years experience in a Call Center/Customer service environment
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key skills for data entry and reporting.
Exhibit strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration.
Apply excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
