About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst responsible for recruitment of educational staff such as teachers and coordinators at YDUQS. Supporting selection processes and maintaining candidate communication during recruitment stages.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support recruitment and selection processes for faculty positions, including professors, preceptors, and course coordinators.
  • Align candidate profiles with academic coordinators and hiring departments.
  • Post job openings on institutional recruitment platforms and channels.
  • Screen resumes considering academic qualifications, professional experience, and fit for the faculty profile.
  • Verify candidates' academic degrees and requirements.
  • Ensure follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the stages of the selection process.
  • Maintain relationships with academic departments to monitor faculty hiring needs.
  • Conduct regular checkpoints with hiring areas to update the status of open positions.
  • Keep records and controls of selection processes up to date.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a faculty talent pool.
  • Monitor recruitment-related indicators and reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of faculty attraction and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
  • Familiarity with academic or educational environments is a plus.
