Recruitment Analyst responsible for recruitment of educational staff such as teachers and coordinators at YDUQS. Supporting selection processes and maintaining candidate communication during recruitment stages.
Responsibilities
Lead and support recruitment and selection processes for faculty positions, including professors, preceptors, and course coordinators.
Align candidate profiles with academic coordinators and hiring departments.
Post job openings on institutional recruitment platforms and channels.
Screen resumes considering academic qualifications, professional experience, and fit for the faculty profile.
Verify candidates' academic degrees and requirements.
Ensure follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the stages of the selection process.
Maintain relationships with academic departments to monitor faculty hiring needs.
Conduct regular checkpoints with hiring areas to update the status of open positions.
Keep records and controls of selection processes up to date.
Support the creation and maintenance of a faculty talent pool.
Monitor recruitment-related indicators and reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of faculty attraction and selection processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
Familiarity with academic or educational environments is a plus.
