About the role
- Recruitment Analyst responsible for recruitment of educational staff such as teachers and coordinators at YDUQS. Supporting selection processes and maintaining candidate communication during recruitment stages.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support recruitment and selection processes for faculty positions, including professors, preceptors, and course coordinators.
- Align candidate profiles with academic coordinators and hiring departments.
- Post job openings on institutional recruitment platforms and channels.
- Screen resumes considering academic qualifications, professional experience, and fit for the faculty profile.
- Verify candidates' academic degrees and requirements.
- Ensure follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the stages of the selection process.
- Maintain relationships with academic departments to monitor faculty hiring needs.
- Conduct regular checkpoints with hiring areas to update the status of open positions.
- Keep records and controls of selection processes up to date.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a faculty talent pool.
- Monitor recruitment-related indicators and reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of faculty attraction and selection processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment and selection.
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
- Familiarity with academic or educational environments is a plus.
