About the role

  • Intern assisting BMW Group in recruiting apprentices and managing trainee programs. Engaging in various tasks including communications, marketing, and event organization.

Responsibilities

  • You support our Recruiting team in organizing and conducting the selection process for apprentices.
  • You also participate in the ongoing management of the selection process and are actively involved in communication with applicants and the vocational training department.
  • In addition, you assist in the preparation and organization of school internship programs.
  • You also contribute in a coordinated way to office organization, communication, and the team’s day-to-day operations.
  • You will also help organize and run internal and external events and fairs for students and parents.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business or Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Ideally, initial practical experience gained through vocational training or internships in a corporate environment.
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as analytical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative.
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills.
