Responsibilities
You support our Recruiting team in organizing and conducting the selection process for apprentices.
You also participate in the ongoing management of the selection process and are actively involved in communication with applicants and the vocational training department.
In addition, you assist in the preparation and organization of school internship programs.
You also contribute in a coordinated way to office organization, communication, and the team’s day-to-day operations.
You will also help organize and run internal and external events and fairs for students and parents.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business or Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Ideally, initial practical experience gained through vocational training or internships in a corporate environment.
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as analytical thinking.
Strong organizational skills and initiative.
Business-fluent German and good English skills.
