Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders
Contribute to identifying and attracting top talent
Gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations
Develop a strong understanding of the talent market
Work directly with the Talent Acquisition lead and collaborate with hiring managers across different teams
Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Support the creation and publication of job advertisements
Conduct initial CV screenings and pre-qualification calls
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS or internal tools
Support recruitment campaigns and job posting visibility
Participate in initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract talent
Requirements
Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Interest in recruitment, talent management, or consulting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, curious, and organized
Comfortable using digital tools and professional networks (LinkedIn)
Languages: French (required)
English (professional level)
