About the role

  • Recruiter managing the entire hiring process for an international customer care company. Optimizing recruiting strategies and onboarding new hires in modern work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Management and execution of the entire recruiting process (identifying vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Development and optimization of recruiting processes and identification of new recruiting channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conducting competitor and market analyses
  • Onboarding: guiding new colleagues through the entire application process up to their first day of work
  • Preparing reports (numbers, data, facts, etc.)
  • Employer branding / recruitment marketing

Requirements

  • Professional experience in recruiting — experience in service center environments is desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good Turkish language skills
  • Willingness to travel
