Conduct competitor and market analyses
Onboarding: Support new colleagues throughout the entire application process up to their first day
Prepare reports (metrics, data, KPIs, etc.)

Requirements
Professional experience in recruiting; experience in service centers is desirable
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good Turkish language skills
Willingness to travel
