About the role

  • Recruiter managing the entire hiring process for an international call center. Identifying roles and optimizing recruitment channels in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the entire recruitment process (identifying vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Improve and optimize recruitment processes and identify new sourcing channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses
  • Onboarding: Support new colleagues throughout the entire application process up to their first day
  • Prepare reports (metrics, data, KPIs, etc.)
  • Employer branding and recruitment marketing

Requirements

  • Professional experience in recruiting; experience in service centers is desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good Turkish language skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • You are an energetic, passionate networker
  • You are reliable, resilient, and have strong self-organization skills
  • You are highly motivated to develop further across various areas (technology, tools, and methods)
