About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the entire recruitment process (identifying vacancies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, etc.)
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes and identify new sourcing channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and market analyses
- Onboarding: Support new colleagues throughout the entire application process up to their first day
- Prepare reports (metrics, data, KPIs, etc.)
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing
Requirements
- Professional experience in recruiting; experience in service centers is desirable
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good Turkish language skills
- Willingness to travel
- You are an energetic, passionate networker
- You are reliable, resilient, and have strong self-organization skills
- You are highly motivated to develop further across various areas (technology, tools, and methods)
