About the role

  • Administrative Assistant executing resolutions for student protocols at YDUQS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle case protocols submitted by Partner Centers, the N1 team, and hub managers, ensuring correct resolution of critical issues that lack a defined workflow or that require correction due to execution errors;
  • Accurately record all interactions and decisions in the internal system, ensuring traceability and data integrity;
  • Analyze and follow established operational procedures, ensuring adherence to company processes and minimizing risks;
  • Act with a sense of urgency to mitigate negative impacts on operations and on the experience of Partner Centers and students;
  • Organize and consolidate information in spreadsheets and reports, applying lookup formulas and pivot tables for simple data analysis;
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal areas to ensure alignment in case handling;
  • Ensure that actions taken comply with the quality guidelines and deadlines established by the area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative, operational roles, or student support;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, mathematical formulas, lookup functions such as VLOOKUP);
  • Familiarity with internal systems such as CRM, SIA, GED, and SAVA (or willingness to learn quickly);
  • Ability to organize and accurately record detailed information in systems and spreadsheets.
