Responsibilities
Inbound & Content Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Inbound-Marketingstrategien zur Lead-Generierung und -Konvertierung.
Aufbau und Optimierung automatisierter Customer Journeys in HubSpot.
Entwicklung von Kampagnen, Workflows, Lead-Nurturing-Strecken und Scoring-Modellen.
Verantwortung für SEO- und SEA-Strategien zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit.
Optimierung unserer Website hinsichtlich User Experience, Conversion Rates und Content-Architektur.
Analyse von Funnel-Daten, Kampagnen-KPIs und Nutzerverhalten.
Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und performanten Inbound-Systems.
Optional Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung für ein wachsendes Marketingteam.
Requirements
Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Digitale Medien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing — idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld.
HubSpot-Expertise auf Pro/Enterprise-Level (Marketing Hub; CMS und Sales Hub).
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von Inbound-Strategien und digitalen Funnels.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SEO/SEA.
Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise.
Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und Stakeholder mitzunehmen.
