About the role

  • Coordenador de Marketing de Influência e Relações Públicas para a PACCO, desenvolvendo estratégias de marketing e relacionamento com influencers e imprensa.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the strategy for brand authorities, influencers, UGC (user-generated content) and creators.
  • Plan and coordinate influencers associated with branding campaigns, corporate initiatives and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with the press, opinion leaders and partners.
  • Coordinate seeding and personalized gift strategies, aligning concept and creative aesthetics with the campaign scope and purpose.
  • Liaise with, price and negotiate services from communication agencies, press offices and influencer agents.
  • Prepare and review briefings and approve content together with Marketing management.
  • Coordinate product dispatch from inventory and the distribution center and monitor delivery logistics.
  • Review, validate and align budgets, contracts and payments with Finance.
  • Track results, optimize strategies and generate analyses on brand impact and reputation.
  • Prepare monthly reports with department KPIs.
  • Act as the central Public Relations contact for events and activations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Communications Coordinator, in Influencer Marketing or Public Relations, preferably in agencies or marketing departments of companies focused on lifestyle, fashion, home décor or the luxury market.
  • Experience working with social media and influencers in agencies and media outlets.
  • Availability to travel and attend brand events.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient delivery workflows.
  • A keen eye for influencer marketing.
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • People management experience.
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn and adapt.
