About the role

  • Marketing Specialist focusing on developing strategies and tactics for internal and external communications. Supporting commercial and regional teams with their marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external creative marketing assets for key target audiences within budget and timeline.
  • Monitor and optimize creative campaigns and strategies based on global/regional commercial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial team to create original creative content and visuals for sales pitches.
  • Implement marketing programs to target and build presence for key markets.
  • Design and produce visual content across digital and print formats to expand brand awareness.
  • Work to develop marketing resources, i.e. presentations, sales support materials, digital ads, and other branded collateral.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet creative objectives, i.e.. commercial teams, HR, legal and partners in the APAC, EMEA and US.
  • Ensure that all activities and content were in accordance with global brand guidelines and local regulations.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of related creative experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a multinational company.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Design, Business or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe design programs and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create assets for web and print
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with animation and visual storytelling for social a plus
  • Familiarity with basic photo and video editing a plus
