Proposal Coordinator supporting Eocene Environmental Group's business development and marketing proposals. Involves coordinating proposal workflows, materials, and communications among multiple teams at the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, organize, and demonstrate capacity to drive the proposal workflow from the pre-RFP stage to the final proposal delivery
Prepare support text, matrices, and tables
Coordinate graphics for proposals and collaborate with marketing team
Manage production of final proposals, with an emphasis on quality control and on-time delivery
Creation of timelines, action item trackers and supporting tools to keep everyone on target in meeting proposal milestones and deadlines
Clear concise communication throughout the proposal process with the Proposal Champion, Editing team, Marketing, and other departments such as Contracts, HR, and IT
Create, maintain, and update company marketing materials and presentations
Maintain the overall proposal tracker and dashboard and prepare routine summary reports
Research and track proposal opportunities
Support with technical editing reviews of other reports and documents, as needed
Create marketing materials and statements of qualifications
Create PowerPoint slides for presentations and follow-up proposal interviews
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership
Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
1–2 years of applicable work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish and see it through to completion
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
High degree of organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
Interpersonal communication and team-building skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Collaboration skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, questioning, and patience; adept at communicating effectively with all levels of employees—both technical and non-technical

May at times work overtime hours, depending on proposal and client deliverables
