  • Proposal Manager leading strategic pursuits in a world-class engineering services company. Overseeing bid processes and developing high-quality proposals across various markets.

Responsibilities

  • Review client documents and produce opportunity summary sheets
  • Oversee delivery of bid process from strategy to closure
  • Promote use of win work tools
  • Collaborate with technical leads and bid team members
  • Create and manage SharePoint and MS Teams sites for bid activities
  • Provide leadership in development of bids
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices
  • Lead production of high-quality proposals
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering bids from early inception to client interviews
  • Demonstratable experience in leading bid teams
  • Result-orientated and inspiring manager
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Mobile and flexible individual
  • Competent bid writer able to create and edit bid narrative
  • Ability to maximize the use of tools such as Office365, Copilot, InDesign, MS Project, MS Dynamics CRM
  • Degree level and equivalent professional qualifications preferred
  • APMP Foundation level is desirable
  • InDesign capability is desirable
