Responsibilities
Identification and research of high-potential enterprise accounts
Analysis and mapping of buying committees
Building relationships with relevant decision-makers
Designing and executing highly personalized outbound campaigns (phone, social selling, email)
Qualifying opportunities and conducting structured handovers to Account Executives
Building a consistent, predictable pipeline
Feeding market insights back into positioning and the product narrative
Continuously optimizing outreach processes through experiments and data analysis
Requirements
You have 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, a startup, or a fast-paced tech environment
You think in a structured and analytical way — focused on conversion rates, experiments, and iterative optimization
You are not afraid of cold outreach and view it as a strategic discipline
You are resilient and handle rejection professionally — understanding it’s part of the process
You have initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English (C1/C2)
You take ownership and enjoy working in a high-performance team
