About the role

  • Business Development Representative managing outbound sales efforts to build high-quality pipeline. Working for a rapidly growing B2B software company transforming shopfloor operations with cutting-edge tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identification and research of high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Analysis and mapping of buying committees
  • Building relationships with relevant decision-makers
  • Designing and executing highly personalized outbound campaigns (phone, social selling, email)
  • Qualifying opportunities and conducting structured handovers to Account Executives
  • Building a consistent, predictable pipeline
  • Feeding market insights back into positioning and the product narrative
  • Continuously optimizing outreach processes through experiments and data analysis

Requirements

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, a startup, or a fast-paced tech environment
  • You think in a structured and analytical way — focused on conversion rates, experiments, and iterative optimization
  • You are not afraid of cold outreach and view it as a strategic discipline
  • You are resilient and handle rejection professionally — understanding it’s part of the process
  • You have initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English (C1/C2)
  • You take ownership and enjoy working in a high-performance team
