Sales Consultant focused on B2B sales to Italian schools for study abroad programs. Developing partnerships and managing the sales cycle for educational institutions.
Responsibilities
Desarrollar y gestionar asociaciones B2B con escuelas, colegios y instituciones educativas en Italia.
Prospectar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos para llevar grupos de estudiantes a programas de estudios en el extranjero.
Gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas B2B, desde la generación de leads y contacto hasta el cierre de contratos y seguimiento.
Representar a la empresa en reuniones (en línea y presenciales) con directores de escuelas, coordinadores y tomadores de decisiones.
Crear y ejecutar estrategias de contacto para atraer nuevas escuelas asociadas.
Apoyar a las escuelas con presentaciones de programas, propuestas y soluciones personalizadas para programas grupales.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos para asegurar alineación operativa y excelente entrega para grupos escolares.
Construir relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con socios, asegurando negocios repetidos.
Requirements
Nacionalidad italiana requerida.
Hablar italiano nativo.
Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en educación, programas de intercambio, turismo o servicios internacionales.
Sólida experiencia en ventas a escuelas, instituciones o clientes corporativos.
Excelentes habilidades de negociación, presentación y gestión de relaciones.
Inglés avanzado requerido; otros idiomas son un plus.
Alto nivel de autonomía, organización y orientación a resultados.
