About the role

  • Liaison between Sales and Operations improving customer interactions. Leading training and development within WM's National Accounts Sales Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between Sales and Operations on processes and customer requirements
  • Facilitate process alignment between Sales and Operations
  • Own process development/refinement and communication
  • Monitor and measure results for improvement and future modifications
  • Determine areas of need for training and development across the sales organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Account Management, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma/GED with seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Seven (7) years or more of previous relevant work experience
  • Formal Project management experience preferred
