Facilitate process alignment between Sales and Operations
Own process development/refinement and communication
Monitor and measure results for improvement and future modifications
Determine areas of need for training and development across the sales organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Account Management, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar area of study, or High School Diploma/GED with seven (7) years of relevant experience
Seven (7) years or more of previous relevant work experience
