Requirements
The following technical skills and experience are essential for this role:
Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Salesforce Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce's architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components and SOQL/SOSL
Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Apex, Java and / or JavaScript, and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Data Management: Skills in data modelling, data migration, and integration with external systems
Security Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security
Workflow Automation: Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
Have current and valid certifications in:
- At least one core certification from the core Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator or App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
The following technical skills and experience are beneficial but not essential for this role:
Salesforce Integration:
Ability to design and integrate API services in Salesforce Service Cloud solution.
Experience with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader, Salesforce.com web services APIs/Platform Event/Changedata capture/REST/Pub/Sub.
Experience using Anypoint/Mulesoft as Salesforce Integration ESB.
Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Service Cloud
Knowledge of the Retail Banking or Credit industry
Proficiency in working in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery environment, with associated tools and processes. Experience with use of Copado toolset is beneficial.
