About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager generating leads and qualifying prospects for Lumiform's sales team. Responsible for identifying leads and scheduling meetings while collaborating closely with the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to inform them about the Lumiform software and arrange meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, keep information up to date, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the Lumiform application, industry trends, and Sales Development best practices

Requirements

  • You speak fluent German (native level) and English — both written and spoken
  • You want to work in sales and grow your career! Please apply even if you don’t yet have experience in software sales
  • You are already based in Berlin and are willing to work from the office three times per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Resilient and comfortable handling objections
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and responsibility
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field (nice to have)
  • Experience in Sales Development or an inside sales role, ideally in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment (nice to have)
