Responsibilities
Provide competent support and advice to managers and employees on all HR and employment law matters
Manage employee lifecycle from hiring through exit
Advise and support the implementation of individual personnel measures
Independently coordinate and execute the recruitment process for specialist and leadership positions
Lead and support HR projects, change initiatives and process optimizations
Requirements
Successfully completed degree, ideally focused on Human Resources, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally within an international manufacturing company
Proficient use of MS Office; experience with SAP desirable
Practical experience in change management and in implementing operational and strategic HR topics in a dynamic production environment
Solid knowledge of employment/labor law
Strong communication and advisory skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English
