About the role

  • HR Generalist providing comprehensive support in HR processes from recruitment to employee relations. Working for a global healthcare company focused on improving patient lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide competent support and advice to managers and employees on all HR and employment law matters
  • Manage employee lifecycle from hiring through exit
  • Advise and support the implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Independently coordinate and execute the recruitment process for specialist and leadership positions
  • Lead and support HR projects, change initiatives and process optimizations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, ideally focused on Human Resources, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally within an international manufacturing company
  • Proficient use of MS Office; experience with SAP desirable
  • Practical experience in change management and in implementing operational and strategic HR topics in a dynamic production environment
  • Solid knowledge of employment/labor law
  • Strong communication and advisory skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
