HR Business Partner focusing on operational support and HR process management. Collaborating with multiple teams and driving HR initiatives in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Provide operational support to all managers and employees of a defined area of responsibility
Monitoring and implementation of re-organization measures, transfers, contracts extensions, conversions and promotions
Recruitment of specialists and executives, including support in the identification of personnel requirements, leading the interview process, initiation and monitoring of assessment centers, preparation of offers
Advise executives and employees on questions regarding compensation, compensation changes and bonus payments
Advise executives on employees with long-term absences and support health management measures
Advise executives on resolving conflicts with employees and implementing disciplinary measures
Support and implementation of staff exits
Constructive and cooperative collaboration with the works council
Close collaboration with HR Payroll, HR Business Support, HR Business Partners and HR Managers of all German locations
Supporting the implementation of a modern, internationally oriented HR strategy
Execution of other HR tasks as specified by Senior Manager, Human Resources, Eschweiler
Requirements
Academic degree in HR or related education
Minimum 3 years HR experience or equivalent in education
Experience with HR business systems (i.e. Ultimate, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office applications would be preferred
