Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition due diligence and integration support
  • Drive employee relations and leadership development
  • Manage harmonisation and onboarding programmes
  • Deliver strategic insights and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong experience in employee relations case management
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law (including TUPE)
  • Genuine interest in employee engagement
  • Curiosity about international employment law
  • Excellent judgment in managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office and AI tools
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
