Responsibilities
Manage a global team of subject matter experts promoting opportunities for development.
Deliver HRIS projects ensuring application of standard project management oversight procedures.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems in collaboration with IT.
Oversee configuration and development with adherence to change control processes.
Lead M&A activity from due diligence through system integration with internal and external partners.
Maintain close partnerships with company partners across HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance to guide HR projects and ensure system compliance.
Evaluate HR technology trends to enhance system functionality and employee experience.
Increase adoption of new system features with a focus on change management.
Monitor system performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement sustainable enhancements that ensure we align HR systems with organizational goals and scale them for growth.
Develop tools for visibility into resource capacity.
Communicate resource plans with our partners based on work prioritization.
Manage system vendors to improve performance and ensure strategic agreement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Human Resources Business or Information Technology degree preferred
5+ years of experience in HR data administration, HRIS, or related field
Experience supervising global teams (contractors and employees)
Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including HR service platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
Knowledge of HR data governance, compliance regulations, audit support, and change control processes.
Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project phases.
