About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage a global team of subject matter experts promoting opportunities for development.
- Deliver HRIS projects ensuring application of standard project management oversight procedures.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems in collaboration with IT.
- Oversee configuration and development with adherence to change control processes.
- Lead M&A activity from due diligence through system integration with internal and external partners.
- Maintain close partnerships with company partners across HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance to guide HR projects and ensure system compliance.
- Evaluate HR technology trends to enhance system functionality and employee experience.
- Increase adoption of new system features with a focus on change management.
- Monitor system performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement sustainable enhancements that ensure we align HR systems with organizational goals and scale them for growth.
- Develop tools for visibility into resource capacity.
- Communicate resource plans with our partners based on work prioritization.
- Manage system vendors to improve performance and ensure strategic agreement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Human Resources Business or Information Technology degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR data administration, HRIS, or related field
- Experience supervising global teams (contractors and employees)
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms, including HR service platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
- Knowledge of HR data governance, compliance regulations, audit support, and change control processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project phases.
