About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner supporting both local and global HR initiatives across the LATAM region. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and ensuring compliant HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership across LATAM to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and performance.
  • Act as a Career Success Manager, supporting employees in their career growth and development, helping them navigate opportunities, build capabilities, and achieve long-term success.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with global HR to implement and localize core processes, policies, and standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: contract creation, preboarding, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain internal documentation including contracts, annexes, employment certificates, and reports.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant digital and paper employee records in line with local and global standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, legal, benefits, tax authorities) to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Support HRIS data integrity and process optimization in systems like LeverX and HiBob.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration or Economics or equivalent working experience
  • Passion for employee development and career enablement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
  • Natural curiosity, readiness to learn and customer-service mindset
  • High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues, think on your feet and prioritize projects
  • Attention to detail, pragmatic approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a consulting environment is an asset
