Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors.
Drive product implementation & adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value
Identify areas of opportunity, while translating Wenrix results into measurable performance goals.
Enable upsell opportunities and increased usage of the Wenrix product suite-Be the voice of the customer, allow constant product feedback and advocate internally for customers needs.
Stay up to date with the most recent changes/features, making sure that the customers understand the added value of the complete Wenrix offering
Share industry news with internal team members so the greater Wenrix team can take an active part in our customer-first approach.
Requirements
4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Manager experience
Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment
Familiar with technical skills (SQL, Implementing and testing APIs, etc.)
Startup experience - Advantage
Experience working with AI and Big Data- Advantage
Speak additional languages at a business conversational level- Advantage
