About the role

  • Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Wenrix developing relationships with customers to drive product adoption. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize revenue streams and implementing AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors.
  • Drive product implementation & adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value
  • Identify areas of opportunity, while translating Wenrix results into measurable performance goals.
  • Enable upsell opportunities and increased usage of the Wenrix product suite-Be the voice of the customer, allow constant product feedback and advocate internally for customers needs.
  • Stay up to date with the most recent changes/features, making sure that the customers understand the added value of the complete Wenrix offering
  • Share industry news with internal team members so the greater Wenrix team can take an active part in our customer-first approach.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Manager experience
  • Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment
  • Familiar with technical skills (SQL, Implementing and testing APIs, etc.)
  • Startup experience - Advantage
  • Experience working with AI and Big Data- Advantage
  • Speak additional languages at a business conversational level- Advantage
