Responsibilities
Develop and optimize AI-driven customer journeys across all channels (email, in-app, push, social, VR)
Build a scalable CRM ecosystem focused on automation, personalization, and integrated data flows
Use AI models for segmentation, user behavior prediction, and optimization of communication strategy
Work closely with product, engineering, and brand to create emotional experiences that combine technology with storytelling
Develop and test innovative monetization models (upsells, sponsored interactions, dynamic VR overlays)
Run data-driven experiments and KPI-based iterations to continuously improve performance
Work independently with the freedom to explore new ideas, pilot projects, and creative experiments
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth, or digital engagement—ideally in media, sports, or technology
Strong expertise in data-driven customer experience, AI-based personalization, and funnel optimization
Experience building CRM architectures, segmentation logic, and automated workflows
Innovative mindset, strong initiative, and enthusiasm for creating new solutions
Passion for sports, immersive technologies, and the future of digital experiences
Fluent in German and English
