Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels
  • Development and implementation of creative campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Analysis of campaign performance and implementation of data-driven optimizations
  • Close collaboration with other departments to support brand strategy

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM
  • Degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on marketing or communications
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing and Loyalty Marketing
  • Strong analytical thinking for effective data interpretation
  • Creativity to design engaging customer campaigns
  • Implementation-oriented, hands-on mentality
