About the role

  • Customer Success Manager supporting clients in a rapidly growing SaaS startup for hospitality. Onboarding clients and streamlining inventory processes in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support inquiries, and ensure they get started successfully with BarBrain.
  • You assist with creating customer products and structuring inventory areas so our users can start right away.
  • You help improve internal processes and independently execute small projects.
  • You work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) — field of study flexible
  • Eager to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
  • Structured work style and quick grasp of new concepts
  • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
  • Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
  • Advantage: Prior experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
