Responsibilities
Onboard and train clients: Lead workshops and training sessions to set clients up for success.
Target the right audience: Define ideal customer profiles, source high-quality data, and refine outreach strategies.
Run campaigns: Build and launch effective sales campaigns, including copywriting, automation, and sequencing.
Analyze and optimize: Track campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked calls) and implement improvements based on data.
Test and experiment: Use A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and segmentation.
Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client experience and results.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales, or an agency role.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, startup, or B2B environment is a plus.
German proficiency (required): Native speaker or strong professional proficiency (C1+).
English proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Excel, particularly with large datasets; experience with automation tools is a plus.
Data-savvy: Able to gather, enrich, and analyze data to extract valuable insights.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
