About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Cleverep guiding clients from onboarding to running effective sales campaigns and generating revenue. Collaborating with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train clients: Lead workshops and training sessions to set clients up for success.
  • Target the right audience: Define ideal customer profiles, source high-quality data, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Run campaigns: Build and launch effective sales campaigns, including copywriting, automation, and sequencing.
  • Analyze and optimize: Track campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked calls) and implement improvements based on data.
  • Test and experiment: Use A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client experience and results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales, or an agency role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, startup, or B2B environment is a plus.
  • German proficiency (required): Native speaker or strong professional proficiency (C1+).
  • English proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Excel, particularly with large datasets; experience with automation tools is a plus.
  • Data-savvy: Able to gather, enrich, and analyze data to extract valuable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
