Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to current Weave customers via outbound calls and email to introduce additional products and features.
Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, usage, and business needs.
Set qualified upsell demos for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets, including calls, emails, and demos set.
Maintain accurate and detailed account notes, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce.
Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer teams to align on account strategy and timing.
Share learnings, objections, and successful talk tracks with the team to continuously improve outreach.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Interest in starting or growing a career in SaaS sales or account expansion.
Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Comfort having consultative conversations focused on value, not pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), but not required.
