About the role

  • Upsells SDR role connecting with existing customer needs and introducing Weave's products. Focus on relationship-building and consultative conversations for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to current Weave customers via outbound calls and email to introduce additional products and features.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, usage, and business needs.
  • Set qualified upsell demos for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets, including calls, emails, and demos set.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account notes, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer teams to align on account strategy and timing.
  • Share learnings, objections, and successful talk tracks with the team to continuously improve outreach.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Interest in starting or growing a career in SaaS sales or account expansion.
  • Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort having consultative conversations focused on value, not pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), but not required.
