Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective customers – by phone, video call, or on-site
Conduct high-level conversations with target customers
Identify business needs and generate interest in our products
Own the end-to-end sales process and continuously optimize it
Work closely with marketing managers, account executives, and customer success specialists
Requirements
Experience as an SDR and industry knowledge (ideally 1–2 years of experience selling SaaS products and/or in supply chain management)
Tech-savvy and proficient with modern tools
Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and resilience
Fluent in German and English (native or bilingual)
