Responsibilities
Understand, drive and accelerate the client’s platform's growth through creator marketing and responsibility marketing.
Support the marketing team by engaging content creators and regulatory bodies.
Drive and lead creator and responsibility programs, campaigns, and events within the market, including leveraging major cultural moments.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration, partnering with policy and government affairs teams to design and execute campaigns that align with national narratives, including the Creative Economy and Digital Responsibility.
Lead the planning and execution of priority creator programs related to responsibility (e.g., child safety, copyrights) and support key local cultural moments (e.g., SMB Day, Teachers Day).
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., product marketing, event execution, policy, social brand marketing).
Experience in end-to-end program and event management, including managing timelines and go-to-market, designing narrative/key message, partnering with agencies on creative development, social media amplification and managing logistics.
Experience working directly with Creators and KOLs.
Experience with and a passion for working on public policy and responsibility topics, including designing, developing, and executing marketing programs in collaboration with government bodies or policy-focused organisations.
Experience running events and engaging with high-profile individuals and organisations, such as Key Opinion Formers (KOFs) and top-tier creators.
A strong understanding of the Indonesian political and regulatory landscape and the ability to work with public policy teams to create and execute impactful marketing strategies that protect brand reputation.
Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, metric analysis, and measurement.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and - ideally - fluent in Bahasa Indonesia language to cover projects.
