Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities with SMBs (retail, software, and services) across the US and UK markets
Nurture a partner referral network to maintain a high-velocity pipeline
Master sourcing leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with dedicated BDR
Provide critical feedback from brokers to refine product and beat competition
Partner with internal stakeholders, specifically Underwriting team, ensuring deals move with speed and quality
Thrive in a high-volume environment - top performers hitting 200-300% of targets
Requirements
Full sales cycle outbound experience, selling to SMBs
Highly organized and capable of managing a rapidly growing book of business
Proven track record in a 100% net new business role
Strong grasp of commercial concepts like cash flow, working capital, and nuances between debt and non-dilutive capital
Consistent history of smashing ambitious growth goals in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
Being a team player contributing beyond own quota through deal support and knowledge sharing
Genuine interest in helping founders and finance leaders scale sustainably
Familiarity with MEDDICC (or similar frameworks)
