Responsibilities
Provide daily support to National Account Directors across major UK retail partners
Assist in the preparation of account reviews, presentations, proposals and reporting
Support the coordination of promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service
Maintain accurate account records, pricing structures and customer data
Support order processing, stock availability checks and issue resolution
Act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
Help manage customer forecasts, product updates and back-up requirements
Ensure smooth communication between OX Tools EUK and retail partners
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing distribution, visibility and revenue
Gain hands-on experience in national retail strategy and execution
Requirements
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and appetite to learn
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence working with major customers and internal stakeholders
Commercial awareness and interest in developing a long-term sales career
Previous experience in Sales, Account Support, Retail or FMCG environments
Familiarity with national retailers or trade/distribution channels
Strong IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, reporting tools)
