About the role

  • B2B Sales Consultant handling complex EAP product world with a focus on customer relationships in Germany. Active in developing customer contacts and managing ongoing customer support.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible as a salesperson for an exciting, complex EAP product suite that requires intensive, close customer contact.
  • You will open up new customer segments through active new-customer outreach and drive our product area forward strategically.
  • You will enthusiastically develop joint ideas and solutions with your customers — collaboratively evolving our products.
  • You will build and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships and actively nurture them.
  • You will continuously help shape the processes for customer care, development and acquisition.
  • You will use networking and social media strategically for customer outreach.
  • You will support the organization and design of customer events.

Requirements

  • Ideally a degree in business administration or a commercial vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally with complex or technically detailed products
  • Passion for building close customer relationships and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Interest in and sensitivity to work–life balance topics
  • Open, proactive and communicative working style
  • Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and decisiveness
  • Negotiation skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Strategic thinking and the courage to try new approaches
  • Strong service orientation and flexible time management
  • Confident use of MS Office and digital communication tools (e.g. MS Teams, video conferencing)
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel for work
