About the role

  • Sales Executive managing client relationships and expanding accounts for a technology company. Involved in upselling solutions and ensuring client satisfaction in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with OpenCircle’s active clients;
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring close engagement and client satisfaction;
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and expansion of squads/projects;
  • Conduct regular client follow-up meetings;
  • Understand clients’ pain points, challenges and strategies, connecting them with OpenCircle solutions;
  • Collaborate with Delivery, HR and Technical Leadership to ensure the success of resource allocations;
  • Monitor account health and client satisfaction metrics;
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations;
  • Anticipate churn risks and take preventive actions;
  • Contribute to organic revenue growth within the account portfolio.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management;
  • Experience in client relationship management and account expansion;
  • Previous experience in technology consulting or IT outsourcing;
  • Experience in corporate environments and commercial negotiations;
  • Ability to lead executive-level meetings;
  • Strong portfolio organization and KPI tracking skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems and commercial management;
  • Results-oriented profile with a focus on client retention.
