About the role

  • Senior Account Manager responsible for developing customer relationships and managing account strategies in the energy sector. Working with clients to drive business solutions and market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a strong portfolio and value proposition to expand existing customer accounts
  • Build long-term, partnership-based customer relationships and identify leads and opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and develop successful market strategies
  • Develop and implement account strategies within the team
  • Manage complex proposal processes from inquiry through contract signing
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal departments

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable line role
  • Excellent knowledge of the energy industry, particularly regarding trends, challenges, and developments in the sector
  • A well-established network and existing customer relationships in the energy industry
  • Strong sales skills and relevant experience in account management and pre-sales/sales
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Passion for people and enjoyment of networking
  • Successfully completed university degree
