About the role

  • Program Manager managing revenue strategy and operations at Wati. Driving portfolio of programs to enhance revenue efficiency and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs within the Revenue Strategy & Operations org — from scoping and planning through execution and impact measurement.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of the RevOps program portfolio, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across verticals.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders by establishing clear ownership, timelines, and escalation paths.
  • Standardize program management practices, templates, and tooling across the RevOps team to enable consistent and scalable delivery.
  • Identify and lead initiatives that improve GTM productivity — reducing manual effort, streamlining handoffs, and eliminating process bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to diagnose operational pain points, build business cases, and drive structured improvement programs from diagnosis to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain GTM playbooks, process documentation, and operating standards that support consistent execution across teams and regions.
  • Track and communicate program impact through defined metrics — connecting efficiency gains to measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Act as the primary driver of AI tool adoption across RevOps and GTM functions — translating AI capabilities into practical, high-impact use cases for revenue teams.
  • Partner with the Revenue Technology team to identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered workflows that augment reps, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate GTM cycles.
  • Build enablement programs that help GTM teams understand, trust, and effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day workflows.
  • Stay closely attuned to the evolving AI tooling landscape and bring forward informed recommendations on where Wati's GTM org should invest next.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between RevOps verticals (Strategy & Planning, RevTech, Business Insights) and GTM teams — ensuring programs are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver tangible impact.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and alignment meetings with the rigor and clarity needed to keep complex initiatives on track.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes proactively to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain program governance structures, review cadences, and reporting frameworks that give leadership consistent visibility into program health.
  • Run the weekly forecasting program to improve Wati’s revenue predictability.
  • Champion documentation and knowledge management practices that make institutional knowledge accessible and reusable across the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of how the RevOps org plans, prioritizes, and delivers work.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in **Program Management, Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, or a Founder's/Chief of Staff Office** — ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with clear structure, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships) and the operational rhythms that drive revenue performance.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AI tools used in GTM and RevOps workflows — including LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), AI-powered prospecting and enrichment platforms (Clay, Apollo), revenue intelligence tools (Gong), and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or Make).
  • Excellent communication skills — able to distill complexity, drive alignment, and influence without authority across functions and seniority levels.
  • Structured thinker with a bias for action; comfortable working through ambiguity and building clarity where it doesn't yet exist.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and productivity platforms (e.g. Notion, Asana, or similar); familiarity with Hubspot and RevOps tooling is a plus.
  • Based in India — preferably Chennai or Bangalore.
