Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing, including providing updates on case statuses
Advising customers on the optimal use of the online service for employees and employers in the construction sector
Recording and maintaining customer data
Full-time/part-time from 30 hours per week

Working hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
Strong service orientation, empathy and commitment
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Good verbal communication skills
Experience with customer management systems and MS Office
