About the role

  • Call Center Agent handling customer inquiries via phone and email. Role includes data entry and client support for online services in the construction sector in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing, including providing updates on case statuses
  • Advising customers on the optimal use of the online service for employees and employers in the construction sector
  • Recording and maintaining customer data
  • Full-time/part-time from 30 hours per week
  • Start date: February 23, 2026
  • Working hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

  • Strong service orientation, empathy and commitment
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Experience with customer management systems and MS Office
