Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business workflows for inefficiencies and deploy AI-driven automation solutions
- Build functional AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code tools
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI platforms
- Drive user engagement by developing adoption strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-ROI use cases and establish KPI frameworks
- Ensure AI deployments adhere to data governance and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Data, ML, Analytics, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology adoption, change management, automation, or process improvement roles
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using scripting (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly enterprise search and knowledge management platforms
- Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes
- Proven ability to drive technology adoption with exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with measuring and reporting on technology adoption metrics
