About the role

ServiceNow ITSM Developer ensuring governance and support for ITSM processes. Engaging with technical and business areas to enhance efficiency and uphold service availability.

Responsibilities

Ensure the development and sustainment of requirements on the ServiceNow platform, raising the maturity of the ITSM module.
Establish well-designed processes, strong governance, automation, and performance indicators that support business priorities.
Act as a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer / Consultant / Specialist, with responsibilities that combine development, process design and optimization, service sustainment and availability, governance and metrics, as well as change facilitation and management.
Interface with technical and business areas and with vendors to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Hands-on experience developing on ServiceNow with a focus on the ITSM module.
Experience with CMDB/CSDM development and operations.
Ability to lead workshops, facilitate working groups, and engage with multiple stakeholders.
Creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
Intermediate English (for interactions with global teams, vendors, and documentation).
Desirable certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS – ITSM (Implementation Specialist).
CAD – Certified Application Developer
Proven experience developing GlideScripts;
Experience with Flow Designer and Business Rules;
