Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modernization initiatives, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status reporting, and issue escalation
Drive alignment between ServiceNow solutions and business objectives across the organization
Facilitate project governance activities, steering committee updates, and executive communications
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle
Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout of ServiceNow solutions
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and public-sector governance requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience supporting or delivering enterprise technology initiatives
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex technology projects
Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, execution, and evaluation
Strong understanding of technical concepts and system implementation lifecycles
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
