Responsibilities
You will support ensuring stable application operations as well as handling incidents, performing analyses, and implementing improvements
You are the first point of contact for questions regarding the use of existing applications
You independently create, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation
You actively contribute to the standardization and continuous development of processes in the application environment
Together with relevant internal stakeholders, you analyze new requirements and develop appropriate solution approaches
You support our team in the rollout of new applications, functions, and features
Coordinating and liaising with external service providers and software vendors is also part of your responsibilities
Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an IT focus (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics/Information Systems)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) is an advantage
Experience with the enterprise platform ServiceNow is desirable but not mandatory
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Analytical thinking and an independent, structured way of working
Team player with strong communication skills
A valid certificate of enrollment covering the entire employment period
